Have you tried doing them with a squat wedge. The owner/trainer of my boxing gym uses it on all his guys and they are way younger than you and I. He says they are way easier on the knees and it performs a better squat. I use it definitely helps me. They are about $30 if your gym doesn’t have them. Great work. You look awesome.

Supergainz1-My husband has the bar on his back for step ups but uses the safety bar for squats and he said it is a lot better for your neck! Thanks for the support!

Golfmarina-No I have not seen the wedge at the gym. Although the trainer did use some bands on me to demonstrate what it needed to feel like. I will say my knees are much stronger now and I do not feel the arthritis in them at all anymore. Thanks for the support!

Diana- Thanks for the kind words!! I was on mid-reps so 105#, on heavy days I have been able to do a 120# but fewer reps. You are my hero and want to still be doing this when I am 65. Except you do not look 65!!!
