I'm also thinking about cutting & labeling some ribbons to my measurement goals, to check to see if the ends can meet by Christmas (or at least get closer!)

Buenita!👋 The secret for me is to first have a plan, then get myself up off my duff and actually DO IT!! My success starts when I get my shoes on, tie my hair back and GET GOING! lol😂

I belong to a hiking walking/club—- it is really great motivation to get up an go when you know you are going to have a lot of fun as well. Plus, the various walks are rated for distance and pace so you can go to ones that specifically meet your personal needs. You might GOOGLE you area and see if there are a few around. I highly recommend.

Hey CrystalJo, you’re really helping me to renew my commitment to my (reduced) eating plan ☺️. I’ve maintained steadfast in my daily walking but have been a bit diet fatigued otherwise. Glad to hear from you again
