Apparently, I didn't know orange juice and whole milk have a ton of carbs. I love orange juice and a nice tall glass of milk. But, as soon as I cut those two items out of my low carb diet, I'm now seeing progress in weight loss.

I'm pleased.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
