Happy Thursday to this wonderful FS community! I just wanted to 'reshare' these 2 graphics today. They are the basis of what works for me. There are TONS of other tips and tools that I've shared & used along the way....but it all really boils down to these (for me). Now that I'm in maintenance, I am still counting calories with the aim of staying within my RDI for my new weight/age. I hope this is helpful, especially to those new here on Fat Secret. I have time for "real exercise," but I get ridiculously sore, and also am clumsy and injure easily. So I literally set a watch and march/strut/dance around my room. I just count it as "slow walking" but I am getting 15k to 20k (and sometimes more) steps per day. It's a real mindset shift for me. For people who say it's not real exercise or worthwhile, I say the tape measure doesn't lie!

4% of your day and people eat 20% more calories because they "earned" it. Then they gain or stay the same and wonder why.

Great charts,!!🙂 I do not even count my exercise in my count , but I agree housework does burn calories. I know big laundry run day, I burn
atleast 500 calories

jengetfit, #I get ridiculously sore, and also am clumsy and injure easily...this is ME!! I also do a bunch of walking, marching, dancing in place, but you get WAAAYYY more steps in per day than I do! WAY. TO. GO!!👏👏👏
