Another rubbish sleep!!! I don’t know what is going on! I do have a lot on my mind in the moment but usually I leave that behind when I go to bed and pick it up again in the morning. It took ages to drift off and then I was awake at 4 am. Drifted back off just to have very bizarre dreams. In a way I way glad when the alarm went off at 6. Maybe I try some office sleep. Heard it’s the best 😂

....I use magnesium tablets....no stimulants....listen to calming music and deep breathe slowly for 5 minutes....sometimes our poor brains get consumed even though we don't realise it....rest up and go to bed an hour earlier...x😁
