My liquid carb count is: 147.55! And am not allowed to exercise, bend down, and not have my head lower than my feet for sleeping. I know, would you like some cheese with your wine? Nope don’t drink alcohol, no solids for 3 weeks! Sorry, a little more, lol And I’m not keen on cold meat broth!
