Half term this week and I have done ok, with a 2lb loss. We went swimming twice and I managed a 2 hour walk last weekend. I will be walking to school at least twice next week and hopefully cycling to work on Sat and Sun ( depending on the weather). I'm happy with 2lb, the 5:2 diet means that I still lost despite eating crisps, chocolate and cashew nuts along with McDonalds and 2 Mcflurrys on Wednesday!!
