A healthy breakfast of oatmeal and fruit to help fuel my busy day today. Taking a step class with weights today and then rearranging front bedroom to better accommodate my almost 95 yr old mom and her walker when she comes to visit at end of month.

CrashtestDawnie, my mom went to gym 2xs a week until she was in her late 80s! She even had a trainer. It was mostly to help her with her balance. She is a WWII survivor from Germany and is still fairly clear headed and a strong woman. She still walks and can still care for herself. She lives with my sister so we share caring for her.💜
