Food preps for 3 weeks or more. Marinated chicken breast with all kind of spices. My go to meal since the past couple of month at least. Oven roasted or pan grilled. Life's a little easy with preps. Have a nice day guys.

So, do you cook it all and then freeze some and use as needed? I have never done prep that large before - usually only for three or four days

I bet this marinated chicken is the best.

HCB I devided them into small batches and wrapped with greese/ baking paper then frozed raw. Thawed in the chiller the day before I plan to use them. Normally took around 15 minutes in the oven to cook straight from the chiller and even less using the pan. A pack last for 3 days, sometimes more. Got 6 pack this time. Not including huge batch of chicken gizzard preps and a kilo of beef trimmings that I'm still thinking what to do with, soup, curry or stew maybe😋🌻

It turns out alright this time, just like the previous one. Obviously not kfc witout the flour 😅. Could use a bit more salt, tho.🤭

Ahhh, you season and prepare and the freeze raw so it ready to go when you are...I pre-cook some of my chicken and eat it for the week
|
Hcb, that very nice. I'm considering doing that also next time. Just to see if there's any difference in taste and juiciness 😅
