Made sausage rolls again for todays breakfast (i did ate half a roll). Crispy nest egg, roasted chicken breast and a tomato for me. 410 cals. Ouch. Not looking good for tomorrow's weigh in.

Looks good and at least you only ate 1/2 of one! Yesterday I would've eaten all of them..lol today...I'm doing better👍

Diana, I used to make this and ate lots and lot of it before. Now since I'm on diet, I resisted the tempation. Besides it's my son's favourite. I let him finish the rest😄. Glad to hear you're having it better today🌻
