I forget how nerve racking (is that one word?) logging can be when you forget your lunch. I spent 18 mins of my lunch walking around the store looking for something decent to eat didn’t like anything ended up at mcds getting a 1/4 lb chzburger ate just the patty most of the chz was on the bun and thankfully I took the bun off bc it was saturated w ketchup and mustard. After I ate it I’m like why did I even eat that?! So stupid. 23 or 24 days now I’ve been in a deficit yeah me for that. I journal daily on my own which helps so much I just can’t find the energy to journal here daily for some reason. Hope everyone is having a good day and evening. 🫶🏻✌️

I try to take pictures of my food so I can keep track. If I don't, I'll never remember everything.

Oh I log either before I eat or during or right after. Every. Single. Thing. Every. Single. Time. It’s exhausting but it works. It’s like waking up everyday. Well it’s actually a choice and for now I choose to do it bc I ate myself up to almost 170 and I just don’t want to be 170. Only when I’m 70. 😜
