Nanmix, I prefer chewing over smoothies. Also, instead of Lean Quisine start coming up with recipes to cook when you have time. Fresh veggies & protein (chicken, fish) popped in the oven with a bit of olive oil & some spices (garlic & black pepper are somple) are easy.

Nanmix, yes I eat both. I used to eat Lean Cuisines for lunch when I worked. I often found them to be bland.. I ended up putting hot sauce on a lot of them for more flavor. I cook for my Hubby & I. If you don't like cooking for one try making 2 or more servings & divide into meals. You can always freeze them.
