I haven't been doing well. A lot of times I start out shaky in the morning and wind up giving in to impulses throughout the day. I do not know what I weigh right now, but I've likely gained weight again. :/ You reap what you sow and I haven't been sowing well. Exercise is a HUGE piece for me. It really messes things up for me if I can't do some structured work out. Technical difficulties have been an obstacle as I haven't been able to use the P90x for about a week now. I'm feeling a little bummed and ashamed of myself. I know what I need to do but I have not done it. I have to stop giving up when I mess up in the day because it only moves me farther from my goal.
