Wow, still sore from the Asylum: Strength and Insanity: Pure Cardio combo. Just got done with Speed and Agility and will do P90X: shoulders/arms + Ab Ripper X next :)

I like your regimen, I'm doing something similar; I'm using some of the 1 on 1 to intermix with the P90X/Insanity/Asylum programs.
