It is a little hard for me to record my daily food when I work 3rd shift. Tonight I figured rather then going by a normal day to day scedual I will have to start my day at 11pm. This way I can keep better track of what I eat in a 24 hour period. It might look funny having beef for breakfast and eggs for supper, but I think this will work for me.
I am also going to try something that I heard about lately. Only eat between a 12 hour window. So I will only eat between 3pm and 3am. This should be easy for me because I usually sleep between 12pm and 4pm. Then sleep again from 6 or 7pm untill 10pm before I have to get ready for work.
I am also going to force myself to drink more water while I am at work. This will help me be less hungry during my awake time.

Haven't been exercising lately due to a head injury from falling on the ice. I did go to the gym today and walked 3 miles and did weight machines. I feel better, and I am looking better too. I. An see that my body is changing. That's a good thing:-)
