Monday workouts are always the hardest for me because of having two days off. Made it thru my lunges! Also got a personal best on shoulder Presses 4 sets of 1 rep each 70#!
Side note I had lat pull downs today doing 70# 1 set at 17 reps and 2nd set 16 reps. I had a full axilla dissection of all my lymph nodes and lat pull downs have regained my mobility.
You are never to old to start!

I totally agree about coming back after the weekend. I take off Saturday and can never understand how it's so hard after one day off.. but it surely is!
