I'm still trying to figure out navigating this app. But my name is Megan and I'm a 35 year old mom of two little girls. I want to feel better about my body, be healthy, have more energy, and be a good example to them about healthy (read: not disordered) eating and exercise.

I couldn't find a comment section to leave this under your photo. I am also fairly new but I do think the only way to add a photo is to do it under food. That's what I've been doing as well.
