I think next time I'm going to make them with 4" tortillas. I just used "chicken enchilada" to log the calories, but when I did it later in my head, there's 100 calories per 7" tortilla here and that's not the highlight of the dish to me. it's the cheese, but we'll go with the chicken... gotta get through the current pan first. oh, the horror! lol
