For sure didn't take care of myself as well as I had hoped for this weekend. This weekend was incredibly busy, probably the busiest weekend of the year. Each thing I had to do was fine on its own, but having to do everything in one weekend was exhausting. Unfortunately I clocked in no gym time, and while I didn't eat too horribly, I had no time to log anything. I'm not expecting a crazy gain, and it really doesn't bother me that I was off this weekend. I'm planning for the New Year to do what I did last New Year, and sticking to an incredibly strict meal plan. I'm actually looking forward to it, because when sticking to that meal plan I was able to lose the majority of the weight that I've lost so far. I can't believe its already been almost a year since I've really started my journey and seeing results.

For this Christmas, I've decided I'm going to buy myself a new fitness watch. I had bought a Polar Ft4 from my coworker a few months ago, and now its lost in the black hole that is my house. I'm sad that I lost it because it was incredibly helpful to log my workouts a lot more accurately. I think I've decided on the Garmin Vivofit. It has literally everything that I'm looking for. It has the step monitor, calories burned, sleep monitoring, and the heart rate monitor as well. In the past I've only ever found heart rate monitors, OR step counters. Now I found one with both!

I'm also really excited to start planning out my New Years Resolutions. I have so much I want to do, and so much I want to accomplish. I feel as though 2015 is going to be a big year for me. Once I have all of them written down, I will definitely be sharing on here.
