Woke at 226.9, down 2.9 from yesterday after a mostly black coffee, green tea, and sparkling water fast. I did eat four ounces of steamed broccoli at dinnertime. Drank black coffee and green tea today and weighed 224.6 by lunchtime. I'll probably extend this until dinnertime at least. UPDATE: Got to 223.1 by 6 pm and 222.9 by 8 pm. I ate a half cup of tomato-cucumber salad and drank a protein drink.
