I have to get back on the wagon! I can usually follow some sort of a diet during the day but at night after work the stress throws me for a loop and I EAT! I don't just snack it's more of a binge on everything in sight even if it that means stale chips and velveeta... HELP! I've been far to lazy to record anything lately... yesterday I tried... and the calories weren't as bad as I had expected but that doesn't make it good. So starting today NO MORE BINGE EATING! I can't! I don't feel good anymore and it's just not healthy!

I struggle with the same thing! After work all I want to do is relax and eat. I've found pre planning my meals and snacks helps greatly to curb impulse eating. Good luck to you!

Thanks! I try to plan everything out in advance and it worked for the first few months but lately my room mate has been cooking more and I've been eating out again YUCK! We can do it though! :)
