Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving Day. My big calorie day was yesterday instead of today. My brother came over and we drank every beer in the house while listening to old records. Lots of fun, but lots of carbs and calories. Hit 212 this morning as a result. No doubt will go up a few more after today. Will begin to take it easy tomorrow and throughout the end of the month.
