C. CrystalJo. As usual you Rock! Doing mine on paper. Gonna print it and put it on the fridge. I made it a personal rule to smile and say something nice to several people every place I go. You never know if you are the only one who will acknowledge that person for days on end. Make a difference, it's free! We all need to be reminded of the Good in the World and our Lives!

@liv001...believe it or not, I didn't wake up feeling very positive this morning...but as I worked on that list...my mood & my heart was lifted, as I reminded myself of the progress I've made and the support I've received here 💙🌷🤗

So making yourself go on a positive journey works. . I sure have to keep that in mind. I loved that stuff about musclemass as well. Something I am really focussing on as I entering 60s

Ok I'm late but I'm here to support my friend Crystaljo let's see!!! A- always smile B- better keep trying to lose this weight C- cook at home more E- Eat out less F- fat secret community is the bomb G- got to keep moving H- house work can burn calories I- I can't believe I ate all that cheesecake J- just take a breath K- keep that sugar out my mouth Sorry Crystaljo I ran out of room love you and enjoy your evening.
