ChrisComedy's Journal, 17 November 2014

Steps yesterday: 2,638. New daily average to beat: 843.

The garbanzo beans arrived. I didn't have a chance to start soaking them because I used the crock pot container to make a vanilla chia pudding. If I'm going to be more effective in the kitchen, I will have to get more containers.

Still working on upping my protein and calories. I am using an Android app called Water Your Body to make my hydration more systematic. Target is 63 ounces. App makes a pouring sound to remind you.

Good exercise, as usual. :) I saw Hemp Hearts in the store and don't know what to do with them. Any tips?

Conventional wisdom says sprinkle them on cereal. They're high in ALAs and Omega-3s, but also calories.

Thanks, Chris. I could put Hemp Hearts in my oatmeal, if I buy them. I've been worried that it would show up in a blood test.
