lately, I've counted dumbell weight training as cardio, since I'm over 60% of my max heart rate which is 92bpm. 92 bpm?! I'm running in place between sets, keeping my heart rate at 145 to 155. I plan to slow down the reps and up their intensity on the weights next week. See what does
