Hello FSF 👋

Today I'm talkin about water cuz I know for a fact, that I can do BETTER on this and I needed the extra motivation. I usually shoot for 6 glasses a day but today I'm going for 8 (I haven't even been getting up to 6 over this past week 😖) and my weight has been stalled for a couple of weeks too. I'm hoping it will improve not only my hydration but also my sluggish digestive system and my appetite control...at least that's the PLAN!

I did only 35 mins of home exercises (cardio + strength) this morning. I usually average more like 50/day, but I haven't been sleeping well either. But at least I kicked myself in the butt to do SOMETHING of a workout 🦵

My main objective today ~ besides drinking more water ~ is to reapply for my arthritis medicine (I usually get it at no cost through the pharmaceutical company foundation). I DID apply for it ahead of schedule in December, but apparently there was a mistake on the application and it got rejected. ACCCKKKK! I have been trying to have them fix it...but the weeks are dragging by and I'm feeling the effects of being without the Enbrel. So...I will fill out a brand new application today and take it to my pharmacologist office to be faxed...again!

Yes, I think this is weight loss related, because it directly effects my ability to move, sleep and even focus on my daily routines that have been successful. I know I've talked about this before...and I apologize for bringing it up again. But I value and request your prayerful support. 🙏🙏

@Joe Alec...good strategy! Coffee tax...gonna have to use that 1 every morning!

@agnes...I appreciate your insight Agnes! I do have several of those conditions but hydration has never come up at my Dr appts. I will try to remember to ask about it next time.

Thanks Chrystal Jo When I’m not in a flare I do pretty good when the kids came for Christmas I had over 8,700 steps according to my fit bit I do have a goal set for 2000 I generally do make that but not today I’ll do better tomorrow With the Lords help I have bloodwork tomorrow I drank a 100 ounces today I’m floating 😂 I really don’t think I can do. that everyday makes me nauseous,but I’ve been doing the intermittent fast not eating till afternoon, I need to arrange how I take my meds I thyroid is on empty stomach first thing in morning, I swallow the other 9 all at once at 9 a. m. Some are supposed to be with food I’m so bad to forget them if I don’t take them all at once probably why the water upset my stomach though I’ll get it worked out Thanks for Prayers they get us through that’s for sure God Bless !
