.8 of a pound until I hit my short term goal of 199.8!
What a Journey! I love looking at the Weight loss graph from the middle of January until now. Consistently down. I couldn't have lost weight like this without having a consistent cardio and resistance training program. I read the book BODY FOR LIFE which taught me to spend less time training by increasing weights lifted and reducing reps to get better results. Plus using P90X again and frankly, stop eating crap that will never be good for me.
I have two more weigh ins so I hope I get there and I hope you achieve your goals so we can all celebrate. Have a great weekend.
