Good Mornin Fat Secret Family! 🌞 This post is especially for our FS Newbies🙋‍♀️

I remember when I first started here, I didn't know most of the acronyms...IF/WOE/CICO...etc

CICO stands for Calories In Calories Out. A simple equation that many of us base our weight loss journey around. That's why we log every bite in the FS Food Diary (up at the top of the page where the plate setting is), log all our steps (automatically syncs with most step-counters) and log our daily activities that burn calories (up at the top where the stopwatch is).

This app can REALLY help you to keep it all straight!

Yes! I too remember seeing CICO,( calories in calories it) IF, ( intermittent fasting)WOE, ( way of eating) OMAD, ( one meal a day) etc..it was very confusing till I figured it all out. Your posts are very helpful!💜

I didn't know what CICO was...I thought it was C for Cardio, "I" for intermittent fasting...

@YetAnother...whatever works for you! I find it motivating to try to reach a target number of steps...when I check the FitBit and see that I'm way behind...I get my buns off the chair and MOVE!🤣
