Macros 40/41/19; 813 calories; fiber 10.5; net carbs 72.26 Weight is down for some unknown reason. Negative covid test, so this feeling bad must be the mystery illness again. I wish sneezing could be counted as exercise!! Hubby was able to go into Walmart today without using his walker, so his sprained knee is improving. (It's been six weeks since he fell.) Ate at Taco Bell today, so has thrown off my high protein goal -- but the burrito and taco tasted great. I need to do better!
