Not sticking to diet so well today -- Cold weather makes me hang in the house, and that encourages snacking! Trying to drink lots of hot tea!

I agree-I have been drinking a lot of hot tea lately- cinnamon spice with stevia really satisfies my sweet tooth with no sugar or added calories!
