I'm in the surgery waiting area, waiting for my partner to be moved from recovery to a room. Surgery went well; the surgeon came out, shook my hand, and assured me that it went well, though the lumbar cord compression was fairly severe. I'm relieved and concerned at the same time. I hope this surgery helps a lot! I'll make sure there's the best possible recovery.
I'll be off my regular workout schedule for a while, but should return before too long. I'll be careful with my eating; my partner has enjoyed losing weight and will be happy with what I prepare.
I'm using my kindle, wifi isn't the best here at the hospital, so I'll say goodbye for now.
