I LOVE this idea!! Wish I would have seen it sooner...but I can always go back to my measurements that I recorded several months ago. It won't show the biggest changes, but it's definitely a good motivator for me anyway💙

Cool idea. I keep a body measurement chart/log on my laptop and measure my body on the first of each month and evaluate the progress. I measure: calves, thighs, waist, belly, chest, biceps, forearms, and neck.
