Dinner tonight. Italian sausage with roasted onions and peppers. Roasting the sausage on top of vegtables made them tender and juicy and flavorful!

Thank you everyone! Will definitely use the roasting method again. Sausage was browned but still juicy and veggies were super flavorful! Of course my hubby had his on a Italian style roll.
