Was outta town for 4-5 days and am trying to remember what I ate while away...it was like a mini vaca and eating on the run , BUT actually was helping a friend who needed to have a knee replacement operation...so with everything going on, my mind is escaping me but I do know I kept my cals, whether good ones or bad ones..under 1500 daily..so am just gonna begin again with today, the 25th...ugh
