Still don't know my weight. Decided to just eat a lot better, add exercise and still finish up some holiday goodies. Overall, my fiber count will be up, but not going to lie - easing into this thing. I feel like if I start feeling that I've deprived myself of finishing up my once a year holiday sweets then it'll be too sad.
Speaking of sad, up here in the Northeast after 4 days with NO sun and short days I started feeling really low. It's sunny today, so that was such a mood lifter. Got outside walking and held my face up to the sun for a few mins.
Going to weigh myself...Sat. I think.

I agree. When it's sunny out, I'm in a good mood, but when it's cloudy and dreary, I'm not so happy. That's why I'm glad I live in the south now, because it's sunny down here most of the time, where the north it was cloudy most of the time
