Surprised that I had just a 1 pound drop this week. I knew my calorie intake went up slightly from previous weeks but well below my RDI required level. My exercise routine was about the same with an increase of a 3rd set of reps to my weight training workout. I did miss one day of working out completely since I was on a business trip.

It is possible with increasing my weight training that I have gained some muscle mass and still lost body fat and that could explain the slight weight lose this week. Of course any weight lose is always good! I will closely monitor if this is a trend or not before changing my routine.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
