Too late in the day, apparently, to score either the egg white bites or the spinach feta wrap. Settled for this protein poor carb rich alternative with a quad espresso. Out for my standard pair of 11.5s divided by a Starbucks snack. The days I make this ride, I burn about 4000 cals for the day. Still yet to pull the trigger on the winter alternative.
