I made it through two celebrations this weekend without caving. Both parties had cake and icecream. I could do without the cake anytime, but icecream...my favorite! I went without at both parties. One had chocolate covered strawberries...aaahh yum! I had two, and savored every nibble!
So far so good. I'm dieting differently than I have in the past in hopes that I'll keep it off this time. Lots of veggies no matter how many carbs it adds up to, protein, little to no processed foods, no sugar..all healthy food, no junk! Lots of water!
