Well, I guess I am on the unavoidable 3-4 week stall. Been 195 for at least a week now. BUT that's ok. It was expected and I know to just blow through it. Body catching up. Skin catching up. New saying from OH friend: Stall=Shopping! Stalls usually are followed by not only inches lost, but a nice little weight loss on the scale too...still happy happy happy!
