So, I was doing so well.. Scale was moving in the right direction, then I started slipping. Started with my daughter and her love for dessert. (of course she is young, & very active, so a dessert every once in a while does her no harm.) I, on the other hand can't even look at a dessert without gaining. I have no willpower when it comes to the sweets. I really struggle with trying to maintain a balance. I know my goal is not that far a way, and no doubt that I can reach that goal, I just need to buckle down and get passed this slump. I know I can do this!!
