I am in a funk. I used to make regular goals for myself on here, and I have gotten away from doing that in the past couple of months, mainly I think because I fell short for awhile on the goals I HAD made.
So, 6 weeks of weigh ins until Labor Day, so I am setting the goal to lose 10lbs by then, which would put me at 165.5, with a BMI of 25.8. (165 was my original goal when I started this a year ago). Doable at this stage I think, but I'm gonna have to bust my butt, as my weight loss has slowed waaayyy down in the past couple of months. :(
By Sept. 30th, my goal is another 8lbs, which would put me at 159, with a BMI of 24.9.
By October 31st, my goal is to be down another 8lbs, which would put me at 151, and done I think, with a grand total of 112lbs, with a BMI of 23.6.
I really wanted to shoot for 148 as a final goal, since that was an even 115lbs lost, and I may still, but right now, 151 is my official goal. 148 would put me at a BMI of 23.2.
I have got to hammer it to make my goals now, but I needed to shake things up and get my butt in gear.
