getting really lazy about my steps outside..I have done 89000 so far this month... to get a star, I need to do 11000 steps in the next 10 hours...leaving to fly to vancouver and just cant move my butt to do steps...been busy doing a bit of cleaning...been definitely more relaxed since I saw my daughter who I hadnt seen in 2 years...3 more days....

Cleaning may not be all about the number of steps, but it’s still pretty good exercise (in my house at least!)

I was cleaning my kitchen cupboard doors,inside and out,and washing floors!
I managed to do my 11000 steps to bring total for month to 100000!
