My weight loss seems to have stalled and this slightly bad news is offset by great news my belly is shrinking very fast. In August my belt overhang has improved from 125mm to 165mm and my belly has lost 1" in just two weeks. I'm sure that this can mostly be attributed to me using kettlebells.
Yesterday I tried a 15 minute KB swinging and lift session.
2 handed swing(8kg) x 25 Suitcase lift L & R (16kg) x 20 1 handed swing (10kg) x 10 Goblet Squat (8kg) x 10
Repeated x 4
For September I will be continuing to target my fitness over my weight loss and so have set myself a simple action plan.
1/ Reduce daily deficit to 350 calories. 2/ Complete a formal 5k run. 4 Continue improvements with Kettlebells. 5/ Continue to fully populate diet and exercise calendar 6/ Belt overhang better than 190mm. A stretch target back to my October 2017 number 7/ Increase protein intake from 21% back to greater than 25%
