Considering how stressed and busy I was yesterday and we had pizza for lunch, but I'm still in the 220s, I'll take it. School starts tomorrow for my kids AND my teacher husband. So, starting tomorrow, I will be with just my two littlest ones a couple days a week, and working (we have a nanny now - quite an adjustment) 4 days a week. On days I work, my eating is no trouble at all. And when I have days off "alone" I am usually pretty good about staying on track. I always fall apart on school vacations. So, I am hoping to really kick it up starting this week. I also have the goal of getting back into my workouts, which I have let fall off again. I want to start a new one this week, but as it's the first week of school, I am not exactly sure how the timing will be in the mornings. That may be an excuse...
