Started logging my food today... I had forgotten how easy it is to go over calories and keep carbs low... sigh.... I had gotten into the habit of pre-logging food before...and it helped to keep me on track and remind me not to overeat...and I'm ready to succeed so pre-logging is good... I'm taking babysteps but at least I'm moving forward... I dont feel much loss so have decided to weigh in every other week until I can excercise as I dont want to discourage myself with a number, but rather encourage myself with an overall feeling of better health.
