Lost .2 pounds after Father's Day, I'm a happy camper. :)
Good thing that a friend took me to a matinee play and was taking her dad out to dinner (didn't have to eat a calorie filled lunch with her phew!) and met my daughter for dinner and she was a bit tired so just one drink for us. Didn't get in a workout but I will sometime today.
