Plan: IF/ low carb, high protein
Skipped breakfast. Lunch was leftovers--egg drop soup, broccoli, celery, cucumbers, cottage cheese, tomatoes, Except: sugar free ice cream and banana. Snack: mixed nuts and chex mix. Supper: peach smoothie.
Made Hank happy again by taking a short walk. Arm exercises. House cleaning.
