I'm pretty pissed off tonight. Ate 755 calories today in the form of two yogurts with chia, flax, etc., and two glasses of water with protein powder in them and I just weighed in at 204.6 after weighing 203.8 this morning. It's not constipation -- took care of that today. Maddening!
Will do weight lifting tonight, followed by a 16:8 fast, and then treadmill tomorrow at noon. I was hoping for 200-201 then, but this damned 204.6 before I even eat dinner does not bode well. May have to drop the 2160 per day plan beginning next week instead of giving it half a month.
