Went to PT yesterday and feet and legs are still killing me! I know I need to be able to walk to run etc. So I put together a 'routine' for myself for doing my exercises/stretches. Didn't weigh myself today, going to take a day off. Will still track food, but I feel like my weight is only wavering by the contents of my guts the past few weigh ins. So I'm going to skip a day here and there and see if I can 'surprise' myself! Happy Hump day everyone!
