I’m back to where I started….3 years after reaching my goal of 125. My dad died in January from covid…we were so close…part of me died with him. I had gained back about half of my weight before he passed but was proud of myself for staying around 140. Since January I’ve just turned to food and being lazy to cope I guess. I hate how I feel…lazy, tired and weak. I’m kind of a mess but hope I can start to heal and take better care of my body and hopefully my emotional state will follow.

So sorry to hear about your loss. It is always good to have close friends to talk to for extra support. I’ve always found bicycle riding helped me when feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you could try a new spot that’s in driving distance not to far.

I'm sorry for your loss. Don't worry about what happened during your most stressful time. You're ready to get back on track and that's the important first step. 🙏
